The USA is being hit hard with winter storms … but many people are not prepared for the flooding they cause.
A spate of severe snowstorms a few weeks ago have been followed by thunderstoms, torrential rain and even tornadoes blasting across the country from west to east with millions of Americans on high alert for severe weather.
